Orders and Shipping

Orders typically arrive within 7-15 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor its progress.

Click the “Sign Up” button at the top of our website and fill in your details. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and enjoy faster checkouts.

Log in to your account, go to “My Addresses,” and update your shipping details. If you’ve already placed an order, contact customer support immediately to see if changes are possible before shipping.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account and view tracking updates under “My Orders.”

No, we prioritize your security. Payment details are processed securely and never stored on our servers.

Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and local regulations. This will be calculated during checkout. 

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. 

Whenever possible, we consolidate items into one package. However, if some items are shipped from different warehouses or have varying availability, they may arrive separately. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your patches! If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition. 

We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item so we can send the right one immediately. 

If your item was damaged during shipping, please email us with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away. 

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions via email.
